tqbed Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tqbed platform ("Platform", "Service") and its users ("User", "Member"). tqbed operates an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to the tqbed website, mobile version, and all associated services. Regardless of how a user accesses the platform, these Terms remain in effect at all times.

1.2 Additional Policies

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these three documents define the complete legal relationship between the user and tqbed.

1.3 Language

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The tqbed platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your actual age when opening an account. It is strictly prohibited for minors to open an account or use the platform.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A maximum of one account is permitted per individual. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, tqbed has the right to close all such accounts and hold any deposited funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Use of Third-Party Accounts

It is strictly prohibited to place bets or make transactions using another person's account. Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.

3.2 Responsibility for Unauthorized Access

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your login details. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Security Technology

The tqbed platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your data and transactions secure. However, it is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their personal device.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the tqbed platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

4.2 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being used.

4.4 Identity Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, tqbed may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification. This is a necessary step to ensure financial security.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tqbed offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, they must be wagered 10 times (10x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tqbed reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.4 Other Promotions

tqbed may launch various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion announcement.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

A bet or game session once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled except in the case of a technical error. Users must carefully verify all details before placing a bet.

6.2 Fairness of Results

The tqbed platform uses fair play technology. All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated in any way.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the result of a game becomes uncertain due to a server or software error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account. No winnings or rewards will apply in such cases.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting markets are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, tqbed will settle the bet at its own discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the bonus system.
• Playing using another person's account or on behalf of another person.
• Using hacking, bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Collusion or arranged betting with other users.
• Using false or incorrect identity information.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of the platform.

8. Personal Data Protection

tqbed is committed to protecting users' personal data. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, store, and use data.

8.1 Purpose of Data Use

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and financial transaction monitoring.
• Providing customer service.
• Platform security and fraud prevention.

8.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

tqbed never sells users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with partners necessary for service delivery and in cases of legal obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

tqbed makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or internet connectivity. tqbed is not liable for such disruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

tqbed's liability for losses caused by technical errors or server issues is limited to the amount of that specific transaction. tqbed is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9.3 Gaming Losses

The user bears full responsibility for any money lost in games. tqbed is a neutral platform provider — it has no control over or influence on game results. Gambling carries financial risk and users are always advised to play responsibly.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by tqbed

tqbed may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or suspicion of fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Evidence of exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Court order or government directive.

10.2 Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. All pending bonus conditions must be met before the account is closed, or the bonus amount will be forfeited.

10.3 Remaining Balance

Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of account closure will be returned to the user after verification is complete.

11. Responsible Gaming

tqbed believes that gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial problems. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

11.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

A user may choose to temporarily suspend their own account for a specified period. To do so, please contact our support team.

11.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once such a limit is applied, a mandatory waiting period is required before it can be increased.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact

12.1 Updates to Terms & Conditions

12.2 Effectiveness of Changes

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may request to close your account.
